Sean Chapman was born and raised in northern Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. Originally pursuing a graphic design career at Northern Virginia Community College, he soon realized his passion was drawing and began studying at Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Fla., in 2003, and earned his illustration BFA in 2007. Currently, he lives in San Francisco's Mission District enjoying a freelance illustration career with gallery shows under development.
